Puppies, Snapchat, and......Finals?

Posted by Sophia White, National Content Coordinator on Jan 8, 2018 3:04:41 PM

It’s been almost two years since I finished my Master’s at the University of New Hampshire. I can still vividly recall my last finals experience in which I had to write four twenty-page papers in one week. Don’t ask me why I left them all until the bitter end – there was definitely a good reason for it. Probably something to do with leading three sunrise New Hampshire Outing Club hikes and planning the English Graduate Organization holiday party the week after Thanksgiving. If you visit Ithaca today, you’ll find a world-class Wi-Fi network enjoyed by students, teachers, and guests for everything, everywhere.

Posted by Lucas Seelig, Director Of Business Development, Northeast on Aug 3, 2016 4:32:15 PM

The 2020s are beckoning, and a new normal is taking shape in the fiercely-competitive Northeastern higher education landscape. According to the report “Knocking at the College Door,” the states of Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont could see 65,000 fewer students coming through the educational pipeline and moving into higher education by 2028. As a result, graduating high school classes, which will be smaller than the classes of today, will likely be targeted for student recruitment from institutions in neighboring states looking to offset their declines.
